Louie is a teenage kid who was tricked in taking drugs from a young drug dealer, Ross.
Background[]
Louie is first seen in the junkyard when Fat Albert and the gang were building planet models.
Due to the effects of the drugs, Louie ends up knocking down the models, making Rudy fall and then a fellow classmate, Ross has a conversation with him and hands him a bag of pills (the drugs). While in class, he collapses out of his seat and is rushed to the hospital for recovery.
